- Product descriptions and sizes are provided as accurately as possible.
- Selected design, custom, or personalized orders are printed specifically for you and cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment (as communicated).
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, JazzCash, NayaPay, and other methods shared at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery charges apply based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork.
- Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.
- Premium Wall Art is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
- Customers must inspect items upon delivery for any damage or issues.
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Replacement requests for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
