Return & Refund Policy – Premium Wall Art

Premium Wall Art creates handcrafted, made-to-order products. Each piece is prepared with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Because our artwork is custom-sized and produced on order, we do not offer general returns or exchanges. However, we do offer replacements in the specific cases mentioned below.


1. Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size change
  • Color preference
  • Design preference

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received an incorrect product
  • The item arrived with a manufacturing defect

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • In the original packaging
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

Because our products are handcrafted and made on order, general 14-day returns do not apply.


2. How to Request a Replacement

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

To process your request faster, please share:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the box/packaging
  • Your order number and full name

Our team will review your request and guide you through the replacement process.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take responsibility for:

  • Damage during transit
  • Dispatch mistakes

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost
  • Arrange to collect the incorrect product (if applicable)

Items that are used, tampered with, or mishandled are not eligible for replacement.


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized artwork or personalized orders
  • Made-to-order wall art
  • Items marked as sale

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the handcrafted nature of our products. If a replacement is approved, it will be for the same item originally ordered.


6. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in rare cases where:

  • The order cannot be fulfilled
  • The product is unavailable or out of stock
  • A replacement cannot be provided

Once approved, refunds are issued through the original payment method, or via JazzCash, NayaPay, or bank transfer where applicable.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.


7. Shipping of Returns

If we request the item to be returned, please send it through a reliable courier to:
