Shipping and Delivery
Delivery charges vary based on the size of the artwork you order. Exact charges will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
All Premium Wall Art pieces are handcrafted after an order is placed. Delivery time depends on the size you choose, but most orders are completed and delivered within 10 to 12 working days.
You can make changes to your order before you receive the confirmation call or email from our sales team. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified because each artwork is crafted individually.
Payment Methods
We accept Debit and Credit Cards, Online Bank Transfers, JazzCash and NayaPay.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery. Since all Premium Wall Art products are handmade and produced in custom sizes, full payment is required to secure your order and begin the crafting process.
Returns and Replacements
We do not offer returns or exchanges. Every piece is made on order, so we only provide replacements in case of damaged shipments.
If your artwork arrives damaged, WhatsApp us at 0300 2152 236 with clear photos of the item and the box. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Send us your order details and a photo of the product you received. We will deliver the correct item and collect the incorrect one.
